Cuein.ai, an AI-powered data intelligence platform, needed a more intuitive way to present large volumes of data. Users struggled to quickly find relevant insights, and the platform owner wanted to integrate AI features that could make the experience smarter and more visual.

Traditional CSAT surveys have low response rates, are polarized, and provide delayed insights, making them unreliable for managing customer experience. Cuein uses AI to infer CSAT scores and key factors directly from real customer interactions, delivering instant, actionable insights. By analyzing millions of chat and call transcripts, the system automatically generates optimized prompts and automation flows, fine-tuning chatbots and eliminating the need for manual, error-prone reviews.
Goal
My challenge was to design a UX/UI system that would transform complex datasets into clear, interactive graphics — helping users navigate information effortlessly while maintaining a strong connection to the brand identity. This involved implementing new features based on real user feedback, improving the overall usability, and ensuring the visual language aligned with the evolving branding of the product.
Focus
I approached the redesign with a user-centered process, focusing on simplifying data exploration and enhancing AI-assisted interactions. Through user feedback analysis and stakeholder workshops, I identified key pain points and transformed them into actionable design improvements. I implemented new features that allow users to visualize data dynamically and interact with AI-generated insights directly within the interface. The updated UI structure improves navigation and information hierarchy, making it easier to locate relevant data quickly. Additionally, I contributed to the brand’s visual evolution — integrating the new identity across all UI components to ensure a cohesive and modern look that aligns with Cuein.ai’s vision of intelligent data discovery.
