To help users supercharge their gym experience, we built Coachify.ai: a fitness app that delivers personalized workout plans, AI coaching, and real-time progress tracking. The solution combines animated exercise videos, intuitive logging, and form-correcting guidance so users always perform safely and efficiently. AI features analyze workouts and strength gains to generate reports, while the “AI Trainer” offers coaching in your pocket, tailoring each session to your goals and progress.
